毛坯尺寸对QSn7-0.2合金旋压筒形件性能及微观组织的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以QSn7-0.2合金为研究对象,采用强力旋压机分别对不同直径与壁厚的毛坯进行旋压成形。利用布氏硬度仪、万能拉伸试验机和扫描电子显微镜,研究不同毛坯尺寸对旋压件的性能及微观组织的影响。结果表明:随着毛坯直径的增大,布氏硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐减小,伸长率逐渐增大;随着毛坯壁厚的增大,布氏硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐增大,伸长率呈逐渐减小趋势;此外,随着毛坯直径的增大和毛坯壁厚的减小,平均晶粒大小呈增大趋势。 Taking QSn7-0.2 alloy as the research object,blanks with different diameters and wall thicknesses were spinning formed using powerful spinning machine.The Brinell hardness tester,universal tensile tester and scanning electron microscope were used to study the effect of different blank sizes on performance and microstructure of the spinning parts.The results show that with the increase of blank diameters,the Brinell hardness,tensile strength and yield strength decrease gradually,while the elongation increases gradually;with the increase of blank wall thickness,the Brinell hardness,tensile strength and yield strength increase gradually,while the elongation decreases gradually.Besides,as the blank diameter increases and the blank wall thickness decreases,the average grain size increases.
