摘要
为分析轮胎模温模时花纹块的温度变化,借助瞬态传热理论并利用有限元分析软件对其进行传热分析,得出单块花纹块中间温度高,两侧温度低;与原材质相比,铝制花纹块中部与上侧、中部与下侧温差小于45#钢制花纹块,能缩短温模平衡时间;调节侧板温度可改变花纹块内表面温差,可根据胶料硫化温度适当调整。
In order to analyze the temperature change of the pattern block when heating the mould for tire,the transient heat transfer theory and the finite element software were used to analyze the heat transfer.It was concluded that the middle temperature of pattern block was higher,while the temperature of both sides was lower.Compared with the original material,the temperature difference between the middle and upside,also and downside of the aluminum pattern block were lower than the that of 45#pattern block,and the heating time of the mould was shortened.It could change the temperature difference of the inner surface of pattern block by adjusting the temperature of the side plate properly according to the vulcanization temperature of the rubber.
