摘要
介绍了采用Moldflow模拟软件辅助空调面板注射模浇注系统设计的案例,通过模拟分析确定面板薄壁显示区最佳浇口位置。模具采用5点针阀式热流道顺序注射的充填方式,注射压力合理,成型的塑件变形小,避免了薄壁显示区产生困气和外观面产生熔接痕的现象。
The example that design of gating system in an injection mould for air conditioning face panels by using Moldflow software was described,and the optimal gate position of the thin-wall display area on the panel was determined by simulation analysis.The mould was filled by sequential injection of 5 points with needle valve and hot runner,and the injection pressure was reasonable and the deformation of moulded plastic parts was small,which avoided air trapping and weld line.
