摘要
通过有限元分析软件模拟窗框内侧圆角产生冲击痕的过程,找出影响冲击痕缺陷的主要因素有窗框内侧凹圆角、板料在窗框内侧凹圆角处产生弯曲变形的接触角、拔模角、窗框局部的成形深度、摩擦系数以及零件材料性能,针对这些影响因素寻找对应的优化方案,最终得出在窗框内侧工艺补充面上增加凹筋的工艺优化方案,消除了门内板窗框冲击痕缺陷,并将该方案应用到其他车型,避免了此类问题的发生。
Through simulating the process of percussion marks generated on the inner fillet of automobile window frame by using finite element analysis software,the main factors influencing the percussion mark defects were found out.It included the inner fillet of the window frame and the contact angle,draft angle,the partial forming depth of window frame,friction coefficient and part’s material properties.According to these influencing factors to search the corresponding optimization scheme,ultimately,adding concave reinforcement ribs on the process supplement surface was a good idea,which eliminated the percussion mark and applied to other vehicle types to avoid such problems.
