专科组用于达芬奇机器人手术器械护理管理中的价值

The Value of Specialist Group in Nursing Management of Da Vinci Robot Surgical Instruments

目的:分析专科组手术室器械管理和故障排查在达芬奇机器人结直肠癌手术患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年11月期间行达芬奇机器人结直肠癌手术的68例患者,随机数字表法分为2组,各组34例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用专科组进行手术器械护理管理和术中故障排查。记录两组术前准备时间、平均手术时间、平均出血量;记录术者对两组手术室器械管理的评分;记录两组术中故障发生率。结果:观察组术前准备时间、平均手术时间较对照组短,平均出血量较对照组少,P<0.05;术者对观察组各项手术器械管理评分均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组术中故障发生率(11.76%)较对照组(23.53%)低,P<0.05。结论:专科组用于达芬奇机器人手术器械护理管理中,能提高术者对手术器械准备的满意度,更利于手术顺利进行,减少术中故障;此外对患者术后康复有一定帮助。

Objective: To analyze the application value of equipment management and troubleshooting in operation room of special group in patients with colorectal cancer operated by Da Vinci Robot. Methods: 68 patients with colorectal cancer underwent Da Vinci robotic surgery from January 2016 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given specialist group for nursing management of surgical instruments and troubleshooting during operation. The preoperative preparation time, average operation time and average bleeding volume of the two groups were recorded, and the scores of the operators on the management of operating room instruments of the two groups were recorded, and the incidence of intraoperative malfunction of the two groups was recorded. Results: The preoperative preparation time and average operation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the average amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group, P<0.05. Operators scored higher in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. The incidence of intraoperative malfunction in the observation group(11.76%) was lower than that in the control group(23.53%), P<0.05. Conclusion: Specialized group can facilitate the smooth operation and reduce intraoperative malfunctions,and help the patients recover after operation.
