Construction and Application of the Clinical Unified View Based on Main Index of Patients

目的:建立医院临床统一视图,最大程度实现厦门市第三医院信息系统中诊疗信息共享。方法:在患者主索引基础上,将分散存储的检查、检验、医嘱等诊疗数据有效地关联在一起,并通过统一界面呈现患者历次诊疗信息。结果:我院已顺利完成临床统一视图的建设,为临床提供既往就诊记录信息,实现了诊疗信息共享。结论:通过建立临床统一视图,可辅助临床诊断及为医院科研提供数据支撑,便于实现研究与诊断。

Objective: Build hospital data center to maximize the information sharing in the information system of the Third Hospital of Xiamen. Methods: Based on master patient index, the scattered data of examination, examination and doctor’s advice are effectively linked together and presented through a unified interface. Results: The third hospital have successfully completed the construction of the unified view of patients, providing information for past clinical records and realizing information sharing. Conclusion: By establishing a unified view of patients, it can assist clinical diagnosis and provide scientific data support for hospital research, and facilitate research and diagnosis.
