食品科学与工程专业研究生科技论文写作课程教学改革探索

Exploration on Teaching Reform of Scientific Paper Writing Course for Graduate Students Majoring in Food Science and Engineering

研究生是科技工作者的主要新生力量,科研论文的发表不仅对其未来的学术生涯至关重要,还决定其研究是否能在国内外学术领域得到交流和认可。因此,提高研究生科技论文论文写作能力具有十分重要意义。本文以食品科学与工程专业研究生为例,阐述了目前其科技论文写作存在的问题,并对其科技论文撰写的课程设计进行了探讨,从研究生意识培养、授课体系及考核方式等三方面提出了建议。

Graduate students are the major new source for the scientific researchers.The publication of scientific research papers is not only crucial to their future academic career,but also determines whether their research can be communicated and recognized in academic fields at home and abroad.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the writing ability of scientific papers.Taking the graduate students major in food science and engineering as an example,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the writing of scientific papers,and discusses the course design of the writing of scientific papers.On this basis,suggestions from the consciousness training,teaching system and assessment method of graduate students are proposed.
