摘要
研究时效制度对6111铝合金板材组织、力学性能、硬度和电导率的影响。结果表明,时效温度越低,合金中以Mn元素为主的亚微米级析出相的数量就越多,尺寸也越细。在165℃×15 h时效制度下合金的屈服强度为343 MPa,抗拉强度为392 MPa,延伸率为18.1%,硬度为133.5 HV。合金的电导率与硬度具有相关性,在欠时效阶段呈正相关性,过时效阶段呈负相关性;电导率随时效温度和保温时间的增加而增加,但受温度影响更大。
The effects of different aging systems on the microstructure,mechanical properties,hardness and electrical conductivity of 6111 aluminum alloy sheet were studied.The results show that the number of submicron precipitated phases based on Mn is greater with aging temperature reduceds,and the size is also the smaller.The mechanicl properties with yield strength,tensiles strength,elongation and hardness of alloy under the aging system of 165℃×15 h is 343 MPa,392 MPa,18.1% and 133.5 HV,respectively.The electrical conductivity and hardness of alloy has a correlation,there is a positive correlation in the under-ageing stage and a negative correlation in the over-ageing stage.As the aging temperature and holding time increases,the electrical conductivity also increases,but it has a greater effect by temperature.
