摘要
针对6063铝合金品字形型材制定了165℃×6/8/10 h、180℃×7/8/9 h和200℃×2.5/3/4.5 h时效工艺,研究不同时效工艺对6063铝合金品字形型材的屈服强度、抗拉强度和断后伸长率等力学性能的影响。结果表明:180℃×7 h时效处理后,6063铝合金品字形型材的力学性能较好,满足客户的要求。
According to 6063 aluminum alloy triangle profile,the aging processes of 165℃×6/8/10 h,180℃×7/8/9 h and 200℃×2.5/3/4.5 h was developed,the effects of different aging processes on the yield strength,tensile strength and elongation of 6063 aluminum alloy triangle profile were studied.The results show that the mechanical properties of 6063 aluminum alloy profile are better after aging treatment at 180℃for 7 h,and can meet the requirements of customers.
