铝合金硫酸及硫酸基混酸阳极氧化性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过调整铝合金氧化工艺,制备新型阳极氧化膜。结果发现,该膜层具有外观均匀,透明;漆膜附着力和耐蚀性良好;此外,电解着色性能好,易上色,优于传统硫酸氧化膜。其基础性能与硫酸-硼酸氧化膜、硫酸-酒石酸氧化膜相近,可作为一种潜在铝型材氧化工艺应用到航空等领域。 The new anodized film was prepared by adjusting the oxidation process.The results show that the films have looks uniform and transparent,good adhesion and corrosion resistance.In addition,the electrolytic coloring performance of the film layer is very good,which is easy to color,and the performance of new film is superior to the traditional sulfuric acid oxide film.Its bascic properties are similar to the sulfuric acid oxide film and the tartaric acid oxide film,which can be applied to aviation and other fields as a potential oxidation process of aluminum profile.
