摘要
本文主要针对铝合金储气筒耐压性试验过程中出现的端盖与螺母焊接处开裂失效,造成储气筒耐压性能不高的问题进行改进研究。通过对实验结果、焊接工艺和焊接参数等进行分析,结果发现,端盖与螺母焊接处因熔深较浅,焊缝焊合不良,强度低,耐压性不好,最终造成焊缝过早失效。通过焊接工艺优化,可解决端盖和螺母过早失效,也能提高储气筒整体的耐压性能。
In this paper,the cracking failure of the welding between the end-cap and the nut in the process of the pressure resistance test of aluminum alloy gas reservoir is studied,which causes the problem of the lower pressure resisttance of the gas reservoir.By analyzing test result,adjusting welding process and optimizing welding parameters,it is found that the weld joint between the end-cap and the nut is not well welded due to its shallow penetration,low strength and poor pressure resistance,which eventually leads to premature failure of the weld joint.By optimizing the welding process,the premature failure of the endcap and the nut can be solved,and the overall pressure resistance of the gas reservoir can be improved.
