摘要
本文通过金相显微镜、SEM电镜以及能谱分析和显微硬度等方法,对6063铝合金型材挤压过程中出现的撕裂型缺陷进行原因分析。结果表明,在熔铸过程中,合金缺陷并非由粗大化合物造成的,而是因金属夹杂的引入。因此,在实际生产中应加大过程监控力度,以避免此类异物流入熔铸中,造成制品不合格或设备损伤。
In this paper,the causes of tearing defects in 6063 aluminum alloy profiles during extrusion were analyzed by means of the macroscopic morphology,SEM,EDS and micro-hardness.The results show that the alloy defect is not caused by coarse compound,but by the introduction of metal inclusions in the melting and casting process.Therefore,the process monitoring intensity should be strengthened in the actual production to avoid such foreign matters flowing into the casting,and causing the unqualified products or equipment damage.
