从内、外因两方面再论“教”“学”“管”三方之间的关系

On the Relationship between"Teaching","Learning" and "Management"from Internal and External Factors

摘要 在基础课程教学中,作为"主导"的教员其自身的学识和授课时采取的教学方法、手段与教学质量息息相关,各高校实行的各种教改项目也是在不断探索如何才能让学员效率更高的在课堂上收获知识。与此同时,作为"主管"的学员队干部也会采取各种管理措施尽量保证学员们有饱满的精神状态和充足的学习时间,但这两方面都是外在因素。而作为学习的"主体"的学员本身的态度这个重要内因往往被忽略。文中从内外两个因素讨论了教员,队干部和学员三方之间的关系,并提出了从内因入手、从根本上改变学员学习现状的一些建议。 In the teaching of basic courses,as the"leading"teacher,his own knowledge and teaching methods and means are closely related to the teaching quality.Various teaching reform projects implemented in Colleges and universities are also constantly exploring how to make students gain knowledge in the classroom with higher efficiency.At the same time,as the leader of the student team,they will take various management measures to ensure that the students have full mental state and sufficient learning time,but these two aspects are external factors.As the main body of learning,the attitude of students themselves is often ignored.This paper discusses the relationship among teachers,team leaders and students from the internal and external factors,and puts forward some suggestions to fundamentally change the learning status of students from the internal factors.
