基于实践育人的高校学生公益社团发展新思路

New Ideas of the Development of College Students'Public Welfare Associations Based on Practical Education

大学生公益性社团是高校实践育人的主要形式和有效载体,对推进高校实践育人具有重要实践价值和现实意义。但由于认知模糊、形式单一、影响力小、缺乏支持等困境,导致其作用发挥受到限制,亟须探索可持续发展的实践育人长效机制。笔者选取高校大学生、公益社团组织者、基金会工作人员等进行问卷调查和访谈,结合自身参与公益实践的经验,提出了创建资源共享平台、拓展与专业公益组织的合作、参加公益创业大赛等新思路。

College students'public welfare association is the main form and effective carrier of practical education in colleges and universities,which has important practical value and practical significance for promoting practical education in colleges and universities.However,due to the difficulties of vague cognition,single form,small influence and lack of support,its role is limited,so it is urgent to explore the long-term mechanism of practical education for sustainable development.The author selected college students,organizers of public welfare organizations,and staff of foundations to conduct questionnaire surveys and interviews,combined with their own experience in participating in public welfare practice,and put forward new ideas such as creating a resource sharing platform,expanding cooperation with professional public welfare organizations,and participating in public welfare entrepreneurship competition.
