An Analysis of the Problems in the Training of Part-time Master Degree Students under the New Situation

2016年,教育部办公厅发布《关于统筹全日制和非全日制研究生管理工作的通知》,对非全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养工作进行了改革。为应对由"单证"转为"双证"的非全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养新形势,各培养单位应从积极组织拓展生源、制定科学的培养模式、加强学位论文质量监控、细化学生管理工作等几方面着手,应对新政下出现的各类问题,确保在新形势下平稳过渡,稳中有升的发展非全日制专业学位硕士研究生教育。

In 2016,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the"Notice on Overall Management of Full-time and Part-time Postgraduate Management",which reformed the training of part-time professional degree postgraduate.In order to cope with the new situation of training part-time professional degree postgraduate from"one certificate"to"double certificates",each training units should actively organize and expand student sources,formulate scientific training models,strengthen the quality control of dissertations,and refine the management of students,dealing with various problems arising under the new policy.That's the way to ensure a smooth transition under the new situation and a steady rise of part-time professional degree postgraduate education development.
