深水功能舱悬垂安装过程动力学仿真研究

摘要 针对新一代水下生产系统功能舱悬垂安装过程中缆索张力及功能舱的轨迹、姿态等动力学问题,利用ANSYS-AQWA有限元软件建模并模拟仿真。研究了功能舱悬垂安装过程中环境载荷参数及功能舱参数的敏感性。给出了功能舱悬垂安装过程中不同的环境载荷和功能舱参数对缆索张力、功能舱下放轨迹及姿态的影响。研究结果可为新一代水下生产系统功能舱的设计及悬垂安装工程提供一定的理论指导。 Aiming at the dynamic problem of the trajectory and position of the functional module in the process of pendulous installation of the new generation underwater production system,modeling and simulation were performed by using ANSYS-AQWA.The sensitivity of the environmental load parameters and the functional module parameters during the pendulous installation of the functional module were analyzed.The influences of different environmental loads and functional cabin parameters on the cable tension,lowering trajectory and attitude of the functional cabin during the installation of the functional cabin were provided.The results could provide theoretical guidance for the design of the functional module and pendulous installation of the new generation underwater production system.
