摘要
为了研究爆炸和压力耦合载荷对射孔套管强度的影响,进行套管静水压挤毁理论分析。建立仿真模型,分析准静态载荷作用下非约束套管的力学特性,得到全尺寸套管和射孔套管的固有频率,以及套管的挤毁强度数据,拟合得到套管挤毁强度公式。验证数值仿真结果的可靠性。进一步对完整套管和射孔套管施加约束,进行仿真研究。比较分析结果,施加约束套管的抗挤能力比非约束套管的高;在约束条件下,射孔套管的强度比完整套管的强度降低约10%;在射孔布置方面,60°相位优于90°相位。
The theoretical analysis of collapsing in casing under static water pressure was carried out in order to study the effect of explosion and coupling pressure load on the strength of the perforated casing.A simulation model was established to analyze the mechanical characteristics of unconstrained casing under quasi-static load.The natural frequencies of the full-size casing and perforated casing,the collapsing strength data of the casing and the casing collapse strength formula by fitting were obtained.The reliability of the numerical simulation results was verified.Further constraints were imposed on the complete casing and perforated casing for simulation research.Comparing with the analysis results,the crush resistance of the constrained casing is higher than that of the non-constrained casing,the strength of the perforated casing is reduced by about 10%compared with the full casing under the condition of restraint.In terms of perforation arrangement,the 60°Phase is better than 90°phase.
