摘要 超高压磨料射流切割技术是海上油田弃井和海上废弃结构物安全高效切割回收的有效方式,喷嘴是切割系统中的关键部件。由于超高压力的混合磨料对喷嘴的内部结构产生冲蚀磨损,在切割过程中喷嘴容易失效。为了提高喷嘴的使用寿命,设计内嵌式喷嘴结构。喷嘴芯由纯碳化钨烧结而成,表面镀类金刚石薄膜。采用现代表面分析技术,评价喷嘴镀类金刚石薄膜前后的微观结构、硬度和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:镀类金刚石薄膜可以提高喷嘴的表面硬度和耐冲蚀性能,延长喷嘴使用寿命。 Ultra-high pressure abrasive jet cutting technology is an effective way to safely and efficiently cut and recover abandoned wells and structures in offshore oil fields.Nozzle is a key part in the whole cutting system.Due to the ultra-high pressure force of the mixed abrasive through the nozzle,the internal structure of the nozzle is easily worn,and the nozzle is prone to wear failure during cutting.The embedded nozzle structure was designed to improve the service life of the nozzle.The nozzle core is sintered from pure tungsten carbide.The surface of the whole nozzle structure is strengthened with diamond-like carbon film.Modern surface analysis technology was used to evaluate the microstructure,hardness,and friction and wear properties of the nozzle before and after the diamond-like carbon coating.The results show that diamond-like carbon film plating can improve the surface hardness and erosion resistance of the nozzle and prolong the service life of the nozzle.
