摘要
针对冬季气井的电动针阀易发生冻堵的问题,对比几种常用解堵方式,提出了电加热解堵方案。通过理论计算和现场试验,研究电加热解堵过程中的影响因素、传热模型,优化了电加热解堵方案。依据冻堵成因和电动针阀结构分析,确定冻堵位置和加热位置。理论分析与现场试验的结果表明,电加热过程中热量能够有效传递;为了提高解堵效率,需要解决电动针阀管线上的传热问题,以保证冻堵位置热量持续供给。电加热解堵方案能够低成本、高效率解决电动针阀冬季冻堵的问题。
Aiming at the problem about electric needle valve of gas well is prone to freezing in winter,compared with several commonly used blocking methods,an electric heating blocking solution was proposed.Through calculations and tests,the influencing factors and heat transfer models in the process of electric heating deblocking were studied,the electric heating deblocking scheme was optimized.According to the cause and structure analysis of electric needle valve,the freezing block and heating position were determined.Theoretical analysis and field test results show that heat can be efficiently transferred during electric heating.In order to improve the deblocking efficiency,the heat transfer problem needs to ensure the continuous supply of heat in blocking position.The electric heating deblocking solution can solve the problem of electric needle valve freezing in winter with low cost and high efficiency.
