中国香港超市地脚粉孳生粉螨的初步调查 被引量:3

Preliminary investigation of acaroid mite breeding in flour contaminated with dust in Hong Kong,China

摘要 目的了解中国香港地脚粉粉螨污染情况。方法于2018年12月采集中国香港某超市地脚粉100g,直接镜检法镜检粉螨,并制作临时标本玻片,在光镜下鉴定螨种。结果100g地脚粉中共检出粉螨2618只,隶属于4科7属共7种,包括腐食酪螨(T.putrescentiae)、椭圆食粉螨(A.ovatus)、纳氏皱皮螨(S.nesbitti)、害嗜鳞螨(L.destruc-tor)、热带无爪螨(B.tropicalis)、粉尘螨(D.farinae)和拱殖嗜渣螨(C.arcuatus),密度分别为7.52、5.02、4.14、4.11、2.71、1.58和1.10只/g,平均孳生密度为2.618只/g。结论中国香港地脚粉存在粉螨污染情况且较为严重,应提高防制意识并采取防制措施,抑制地脚粉中粉螨的孳生。 Objective To ascertain contamination with acaroid mites in Hong Kong,China.Methods One hundred g of flour contaminated with dust was collected from a supermarket in Hong Kong,China.Acaroid mites were examined using direct microscopy,and temporary specimens were prepared for identification under a microscope.Results A total of 2,618 acaroid mites were isolated from 100 g of flour contaminated with dust.These mites belonged to 7 species of 7 genera and 4 families.Those species were:Tyrophagus putrescentiae,Aleuroglyphus ovatus,Suidasia nesbitti,Lepidoglyphus destructor,Blomia tropicalis,Dermatophagoides farinae and Chortoglyphus arcuatus.The breeding density of T.putrescentiae was 7.52/g,that of A.ovatus was 5.02,that of S.nesbitti was 4.14,that of L.destructor was 4.11,that of B.tropicalis was 2.71,that of D.farinae was 1.58,and that of C.arcuatus was 1.10.The average breeding density of acaroid mites was 2.618/g.Conclusion Flour contaminated with dust in Hong Kong,China is seriously contaminated with acaroid mites.Awareness of preventing the breeding of acaroid mites in flour contaminated with dust needs to be raised steps need to be taken to control and inhibit contamination.
