摘要 将腐蚀坑的三维尺寸和两坑间的周向距离作为变量,用有限元力学软件模拟和电化学计算法提出了一种新的抽油杆寿命计算方法,该方法可应用于大排量泵、井况复杂、腐蚀严重的井中。经现场试用,对原有计算方法有一定的校正作用,还可应用于复配缓蚀剂配方的计算。 The three-dimensional size of the corrosion pit and the circumferential distance between the two pits were taken as variables.A new method for calculating the sucker rod life was proposed by using finite element mechanical software simulation and electrochemical calculation.This method can be used in large displacement pumps,complex well conditions and serious corrosion wells.The field trial shows that it has a certain correction effect on the original calculation method,which can also be applied to the calculation of compound corrosion inhibitor formula.
