摘要
对电脉冲作用下Al-4.5Mg-3Si合金进行均匀化处理,研究了均匀化处理对电脉冲作用下的Al-4.5Mg-3Si合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:对电脉冲处理后合金试样进行均匀化处理,可使合金组织中α相树枝晶完全被打断,并弥散分布,枝晶偏析被消除,其显微硬度由78.15 HV0.1增加到84.85 HV0.1,增加了约8.6%;导电率由36.5%IACS增加到37.7%IACS,增加了约3.3%。
The Al-4.5Mg-3Si alloy prepared under electric pulse was homogenized.The effects of homogenization treatment on the microstructure and properties of Al-4.5Mg-3Si alloy were studied.The results show that,theαphase dendrite in the alloy microstructure can be completely broken by homogenizing the alloy sample after electric pulse treatment,and theαphase dendrite is dispersively distributed.The dendritic segregation is eliminated.The microhardness of the alloy increases from 78.15 HV0.1 to 84.85 HV0.1,which increases by about 8.6%,and the conductivity increases from 36.5% IACS to 37.7% IACS,which increases by about 3.3%.
