"一带一路"倡议已经成为目前前景最好的国际合作平台,通过积极融入"一带一路"倡议,寻求区域教育协同发展的理论依据和实践经验是本次会议的宗旨。会议分为"教育与区域经济发展""教育与区域科技进步""教育与区域文化创新""民族地区教育现代化"4个主题,汇聚了众多富有建设性和启发性的理论思考、观点、实践经验。本综述围绕西部地区教育发展格局、"一带一路"建设与区域教育协同发展的理论探讨、"一带一路"建设与区域教育协同发展的实践路径三方面进行阐述。

The " Belt and Road" Initiatives has become the best platform for international cooperation at present,and through active integration into the"Belt and Road"Initiatives,it is the purpose of this meeting to seek the theoretical basis and practical experience of regional education for the coordinated development.The conference covered 4 areas of topics including "Education and Regional Economic Development", " Education and Regional Science and Technology Progress", " Education and Regional Cultural Innovation" and "Education Modernization in Ethnic Areas",bringing together many constructive and enlightening theoretical thinking,views and practical experience.This review focuses on the pattern of education development in the western region,the theoretical discussion of the construction of " Belt and Road" and the coordinated development of regional education,and the practical path of " Belt and Road" construction and regional education development.
