江苏省12~15岁人群口腔健康知信行调查报告

A survey of oral health related knowledge,attitude and behavior among 12-to 15-year-old children in Jiangsu Province

目的了解江苏省12~15岁人群口腔健康相关知识、态度和行为现状,为进一步开展青少年学校口腔健康教育和预防保健工作提供科学依据。方法参照WHO《口腔健康调查基本方法》(第4版)调查方法,采用多阶段分层等容量随机抽样的方法,对江苏省4个项目区县内12~15岁人群进行口腔健康检查及问卷调查,并统计分析其口腔健康知识、态度和行为等情况。结果共有3914名12~15岁中学生参与调查,仅有57.23%的学生认为氟化物可以保护牙齿,21.46%的学生认为窝沟封闭可以保护牙齿,80%以上的学生认为口腔健康对自己很重要,需要自己认真维护。每天刷牙2次及以上的学生仅有52.07%,仅有14.26%的学生知晓自己使用的是含氟牙膏。11.52%的学生会使用牙线,仅三成的学生少食或从不进食甜点心、甜饮料或加糖牛奶等。结论江苏省12~15岁青少年口腔健康知信行现状低于全国水平,提示应加强青少年学校口腔健康教育和预防保健工作,扩大窝沟封闭项目覆盖面,提高12~15岁人群口腔健康水平。

Objective To survey the status of oral health related knowledge,attitude and behavior among 12-to 15-year-old children in Jiangsu Province,and to provide scientific basis for further oral health education and prevention and health care in adolescent schools.Methods With reference to WHO"basic methods of oral health survey"(4th edition),a multistage stratified random sampling method was adopted to carry out oral health examination and questionnaire survey among 12-to 15-year-old children in 4 counties of Jiangsu Province,and their oral health related knowledge,attitude and behavior were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 3914 middle school students aged 12-15 participated in the survey.Only 57.23% of the students thought that fluoride could protect teeth,and 21.46% thought that pit and fissure sealants could protect teeth.More than 80% thought that oral health was very important to themselves and needed to be maintained carefully.Only 52.07% of the students brushed their teeth twice a day or more,and only 14.26% knew they were using fluoride toothpaste.And 11.52% used dental floss,and only 30% ate little or no dessert,sweet drinks or sweetened milk.Conclusion The present situation of oral health related knowledge,attitude and behavior among 12-to 15-year-old children in Jiangsu Province is lower than that of the whole country.It is suggested that oral health education and preventive health care should be strengthened in adolescent schools,the coverage of pit and fissure sealants project should be expanded,and the oral health level of 12-to 15-year-old children should be improved.
