高效液相色谱法同时测定杏苏止咳口服液中3种成分的含量

Simultaneous determination of 3 components in Xingsu Zhike mixture by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定杏苏止咳口服液中苦杏仁苷、橙皮苷和甘草酸的含量。方法采用Diamonsil-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL·min^-1;柱温:25℃;检测波长:207 nm(0~15 min)、283 nm(15~17 min)、250 nm(27~45 min)。结果苦杏仁苷、橙皮苷、甘草酸进样量分别在0.2964~11.85μg(r=1.000)、0.1238~4.952μg(r=1.000)、0.09895~3.968μg(r=1.000)与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为104.2%、96.7%、97.6%,RSD分别为1.4%、2.2%、2.9%。结论本方法简单,准确可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To simultaneously determine the content of amygdalin,hesperidin and glycyrrhizic acid in Xingsu Zhike mixture by HPLC.Methods The Diamonsil-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid with gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,the column temperature was 25℃,and the detection wavelength was 207 nm(0-15 min),283 nm(15-17 min),and 250 nm(27-45 min).Results The linearity of amygdalin,hesperidin and glycyrrhizic acid was 0.2964-11.85μg(r=1.000),0.1238-4.952μg(r=1.000),and 0.09895-3.968μg(r=1.000)respectively.The average recovery was 104.2%,96.7%,and 97.6%.RSD was 1.4%,2.2%,and 2.9%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be used to control the quality of Xingsu Zhike mixture.
