不同炮制加工方法对穿山龙药材皂苷类成分的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的考察不同炮制加工方法对穿山龙药材中皂苷类成分的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法检测经不同炮制加工的穿山龙药材中原薯蓣皂苷、原纤细薯蓣皂苷、甲基原薯蓣皂苷、伪原薯蓣皂苷和薯蓣皂苷的含量。结果不同炮制方法的样品测定分析结果表明,穿山龙5种皂苷含量存在差异,其中原薯蓣皂苷、甲基原薯蓣皂苷的含量在蒸制和冷冻干燥后较阴干高,原纤细薯蓣皂苷的含量在蒸制较其他炮制方法高,伪原薯蓣皂苷的含量在蒸制、冷冻干燥和鼓风干燥后较阴干高,而薯蓣皂苷含量在蒸制较其他炮制方法低。结论冷冻干燥方法为保留5种皂苷含量的最优炮制加工方法,可为穿山龙药材的产地加工及质量控制提供科学依据与技术支持。 Objective To determine the effect of different processing methods on saponins in Dioscoreae Nipponicae Rhizoma.Methods The contents of protodioscin,protogracillin,methyl protodioscin,pseudoprotodioscin and dioscin in Dioscoreae Nipponicae Rhizoma processed by different methods were determined by HPLC.Results The contents of the 5 components were different by different processing methods.The content of protodioscin and methyl protodioscin was higher after steaming and freeze-drying than shade drying.The content of protogracillin by steaming was higher than by other processing methods.The content of pseudoprotodioscin was higher after steaming,freeze-drying and blast drying than that dry in the shade.The content of diosgenin in steaming was lower than that in other processing methods.Conclusion Freeze-drying is the best method to remain 5 saponins,which provides scientific basis and technical support for the processing and quality control of Dioscoreae Nipponicae Rhizoma.
