Pharmaceutical care for a patient with Enterococcus gallinarum infection

临床药师参与1例鹑鸡肠球菌所致腰椎化脓性感染合并尿路感染患者的治疗。临床药师通过查阅资料了解细菌特点,根据药敏结果,结合患者感染部位和临床治疗效果与医师共同制订抗感染治疗方案,监测用药不良反应,提高患者用药的安全性,促进临床合理用药。

Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of one patient with lumbar suppurative infection complicated with urinary tract infection due to Enterococcus gallinarum(EG).Clinical pharmacists analyzed the characteristics of bacteria through literature review,and set up anti-infection plans together with doctors based on drug sensitivity,the infected site and clinical treatment effect on the patient,and monitored the adverse drug reactions to improve the safety of drug use and promoted reasonable drug use in clinical practice.
