垂盆草水提取物与醇提取物对腹腔肿瘤模型小鼠的抑癌作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究垂盆草水提取物与醇提取物对腹腔肿瘤模型小鼠的抑癌作用。方法:建立30只小鼠S180肉瘤模型和S180腹水癌模型,随机分为6组,每组5只,包括对照组(不给药),垂盆草水提取物低剂量组(给药剂量3.33 g/kg)、高剂量组(给药剂量6.67 g/kg),垂盆草醇提取物低剂量组(给药剂量3.33 g/kg)、高剂量组(给药剂量6.67 g/kg),环磷酰胺组(给予环磷酰胺40 mg/kg)。实体瘤模型小鼠统计各组的平均瘤重及抑瘤率。腹水瘤模型小鼠统计各组的平均生存天数及生命延长率。结果:垂盆草用药组及环磷酰胺组的瘤重均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除环磷酰胺组外,垂盆草醇提取物高剂量组的瘤重最低,抑瘤率最高,与其他各组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。垂盆草用药组及环磷酰胺组小鼠的生存天数均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);除环磷酰胺组外,垂盆草水提取物低剂量组小鼠的生存天数最长,生命延长率最高,与其他各组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:垂盆草水提取物和醇提取物对小鼠移植性肿瘤均有明显的抑制作用,可延长荷瘤小鼠的生存时间,但提取物剂量与疗效并无明显相关。 Objective: To survey the tumor-suppression effects of water extract and alcohol extract from Chuipencao(Sedum sarmentosum Bunge) on the mice model with intraperitoneal tumor. Methods: Mice models with S180 sarcoma and S180 ascites carcinoma were established and randomized into six groups, five mice each group, including the control group(no medication), low(dosage 3.33 g/kg) and high(dosage 6.67 g/kg) doses groups of water extract from Chuipencao, low(dosage 3.33 g/kg) and high(dosage 6.67 g/kg) doses groups of alcohol extract from Chuipencao, cyclophosphamide group(cyclophosphamide 40 mg/kg), tumor-suppression rate and mean tumor weight of the mouse with solid tumor in different groups were calculated, average survival days and life prolonging rate of the mice models with ascites tumor were counted. Results: The medication group of Chuipencao and cyclophosphamide group were lower than the control group in the tumor weight notably, and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05);except cyclophosphamide group, the tumor weight of high dose groups of alcohol extract from Chuipencao was the lowest, and tumor suppression rate the highest, the difference had statistical meaning when they were compared with different groups(P<0.05). The medication group of Chuipencao and cyclophosphamide group were higher than the control group remarkably in survival days, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);except cyclophosphamide group, the survival days of the mice in low dose group of water extract from Chuipencao were the longest, life prolonging rate the highest, compared with the other groups, there was a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Water extract and alcohol extract from Chuipencao show inhibitory effects to the mice with transplanted tumor, they could prolong the survival time of the tumor-bearing mice, while the dose of the extract is not obviously related to curative effects.
