肿瘤护理研究现状和动态的文献分析

Current Situation of Oncologic Nursing Research and Literature Analysis of Research Trends

目的:总结近年来有关癌症护理的研究热点,为护理研究者、护理人员或健康教育人员提供该领域的最新动态。方法:参照《医学主题词表》(Me SH)检索美国国家医学图书馆的Pub Med数据库,检索时限为2007年1月1日至2016年12月31日,主题词为"oncologic nursing",没有语言限制。采用文献计量学方法对文献的作者、所属的国家和期刊进行统计分析,对高频Me SH主题词进行共词聚类分析。结果:在Pub Med数据库中,共有2942篇关于肿瘤护理的文献被检索到,涉及146种期刊,其中"Oncology Nursing Forum"被评为该领域最重要的期刊。美国、英国和加拿大是3个创作癌症护理论文数量最大的国家。对34个在肿瘤护理文献中使用次数超过100次的高频Me SH主题词进行聚类分析,可以分为3个方面:1)护理实践;2)护理评估与教育;3)护理相关的社会支持。结论:癌症护理研究领域正处于稳定的增长态势。来自发展中国家的出版物数量有限,表明该领域仍在开发中。护患关系和社会支持等新兴课题的出现,为护士和护生在癌症护理领域的目标培训提供了一些提示。

Objective:To provide the latest development in the field of cancer nursing for the nursing researchers,nursing staff or health education personnel by summarizing reasearch hotspots about cancer nursing in the recent years.Methods:By consulting medical subject headings(MeSH),PubMed data bank of National Library of Medicine was searched,retrieval time limit ranged from January 1,2007 to December 31,2016,the key words were“oncologic nursing”without linguistic constraint.The methods of bibliometrics were used to count and analyze the author,the country and the journal that the paper belonged to,and perform co-word cluster analysis of high frequency MeSh key words.Results:In PubMed database,all 2942 papers on oncologic nursing have been searched,involving 146 kinds of journals,among them,“Oncology Nursing Forum”was acclaimed as the important journal in the field.America,England and Canada were three countries of creating the largest number of oncologic nursing papers.After performing the cluster analysis of 34 high frequency MeSh key words used more than 100 times in the papers on oncologic nursing,they could be divided into three aspects:1)nursing practice;2)nursing assessment and education;3)nursing-related social support.Conclusion:Oncologic nursing researches are in a steady growth trend.The journals from the developing countries are limited,and it demonstrates the field is under development.The topics of nurse-patient relationship,social support and others could offer the hints to the nurse and the probationer nurse in the target training of the oncologic nursing field.
