六味地黄汤合四物汤治疗类风湿性关节炎45例 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察六味地黄汤合四物汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例类风湿性关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组服用甲氨蝶呤片,10 mg/次,每日1次;观察组服用六味地黄汤合四物汤,每日1剂,水煎早晚分服。两组均连续治疗12周。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后症状评分和炎症因子等的变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为93.3%(42/45),对照组为68.9%(31/45),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。关节疼痛评分、关节僵硬评分、日常评分和综合评分治疗前后两组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素10(interleukin-10,IL-10)水平治疗前后两组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄汤合四物汤治疗类风湿性关节炎可明显改善患者临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,抑制免疫球蛋白合成。 Objective:To survey clinical effects of Liuwei Dihuang Tang and Siwu Tang in the treatment for rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:Ninety patients were allocated to the control group and the observation group in light of random number table method,45 cases each group,the control group took methotrexate tablets,10 mg each time,once each day;the observation group Liuwei Dihuang Tang and Siwu Tang,one dose each day,water decocted and taking in the morning and evening.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks consecutively.To observe clinical effects,symptom scores and the changes of inflammatory factors before and after treating in both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%(42/45),higher than 68.9%(31/45)of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05).The difference was significant in joint pain scores,ankylosis scores,daily score and comprehensive scores within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05);the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P<0.05).The difference had statistical meaning in the levels of CRP,TNF-αand IL-10 within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05);the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liuwei Dihuang Tang and Siwu Tang in treating RA could improve clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and inhibit the synthesis of immunoglobulin.
