摘要
查阅国内、外相关文献,发现西医治疗急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)分别从抑制血小板聚集、扩张血管和其他非药物治疗手段等方面入手,在此基础上从口服制剂和注射制剂的角度对中西医结合干预AMI直接经皮冠状动脉介入(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)治疗冠脉微循环障碍的研究现状进行总结、归纳。
Through consulting the related papers at home and abroad,Western medicine in the treatment of AMI were summarized from inhibiting platelet aggregation,dilating blood vessels and other non-drug therapy,to summarize research status of integrative medicine in the intervention for AMI and direct PCI in the treatment for coronary microvascular dysfunction from the angles of oral formulation and injection.
