摘要
以Ca(OH)2、Al(OH)3、CO2和表面改性剂为原料,清洁制备改性水铝钙石,采用转矩流变仪法和烘箱静态热老化法,研究了表面改性剂的种类对改性水铝钙石作为PVC热稳定剂的性能影响。结果表明,清洁制备的改性水铝钙石对PVC的热稳定性能优于传统制备方法。在研究的表面改性剂中,单硬脂酸甘油酯(GMS)对水铝钙石具有较好的改性作用。此外,研究了反应时间、晶化温度和晶化时间对改性水铝钙石的性能影响。在反应时间为1 h、晶化温度为90℃和晶化时间为19 h的优化条件下,GMS改性水铝钙石基热稳定剂能使PVC混炼10 min后的初期白度为90.63,长期动态热稳定时间达到1746 s。
The modified hydrocalumite was clean prepared by using Ca(OH)2,Al(OH)3,CO2 and surface modifier as raw materials.The effect of surface modifier on the performance of modified hydrocalumite as a PVC heat stabilizer was investigated by torque rheometer and oven static heat aging method.As shown by the results,the modified hydrocalumite prepared by clean method performed better thermal stability to PVC than that prepared by the traditional method.Among investigated surface modifiers,glycerol monostearate(GMS)had a good modification effect on hydrocalumite.In addition,effects of reaction time,crystallization temperature and crystallization time on the properties of modified hydrocalumite were investigated.Under the optimized conditions of reaction time 1 h,crystallization temperature 90℃and crystallization time 19 h,the GMS modified hydrocalumite-based heat stabilizer could make 90.63 initial whiteness of the PVC after mixing for 10 minutes,and the long-term dynamic thermal stability time reached 1746 s.
