摘要 高分子材料加工产业对加工过程高效、环保、低能耗的发展需求,推动着聚合物塑化输运方法与原理的不断创新。在高分子材料电磁动态塑化加工成型方法的基础上,进一步提出了基于体积拉伸流变的高分子材料加工成型方法与技术。详细介绍了体积拉伸形变支配的叶片塑化输运设备和偏心转子塑化输运设备的基本结构与工作原理,并阐述了两者在高分子材料加工中的应用优势。研究结果表明,与传统螺杆式塑化输运技术相比,体积拉伸流变塑化输运技术具有缩短加工热历程、混炼效果好、制品性能优良、对物料适应性广等显著优势。高分子材料在加工领域新技术的发展,为开发新型塑料产品、提高产品性能并降低产品成本开拓了广阔的空间。 The development of high-efficiency,environmental-friendly and low-energy processing in the polymer processing industry has promoting the continuous evolution and innovation of polymer plasticization transport methods and principles.Based on the electromagnetic dynamic plasticizing processing method of polymer materials,a method and technique for processing polymers based on volumetric rheology was proposed.The basic structure and working mechanism of the vane plasticizing transport equipment and the eccentric rotor plasticizing transport equipment dominated by the volumetric deformation were introduced in detail,and the application of these equipment in polymer processing was further elaborated.It was found that,as compared with the conventional screw plasticizing and conveying equipment and technology,the new technology and its equipment showed significant advantages,including the shorter processing heat history,better mixing effects,excellent product performance and wide adaptability to materials.The development of new technologies in the field of polymer material processing had opened up a broad space for the development of new plastic products,improved product performance and reduced product costs.
