慢性肾脏病肾阳虚证的研究与思考

慢性肾脏病(Chronic Kidney Disease,CKD)是肾病科常见疾病,主要表现为水肿、高血压、蛋白尿和肾功能异常等,病情反复、缠绵难愈,并且发病率呈逐年升高趋势,严重危害人们的生命健康。研究表明,肾阳虚是CKD的重要病机,肾阳虚证与CKD的发展过程具有密切联系。肾阳虚证是中医脏腑辨证理论中的重要证候之一,肾阳为人体阳气之本,对各脏腑、组织器官起着推动、温煦的作用,若肾阳不足,对各脏腑的温煦功能减弱,则出现肾阳虚证,以畏寒肢冷,面色?白或黧黑,神疲乏力,小便清长,夜尿多,舌淡苔白,脉弱为主要临床表现。本文通过总结近年来慢性肾脏病肾阳虚证的相关研究,从动物模型及组织病理学、水液代谢、神经内分泌、生化代谢指标及血液流变学等方面分析其异常变化,并深入探讨慢性肾脏病肾阳虚证证候标准化研究和治疗研究,分别从基础研究、临床研究方面对慢性肾脏病肾阳虚证的研究进展进行综述,并对其存在的问题进行分析,提出研究思路与方向,为将来慢性肾脏病肾阳虚证的研究提供理论依据。
