慢性肾脏病“肾阳虚”证候与生物学指标相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between the Syndrome of"Kidney-Yang Deficiency"and Biological Indexes in Chronic Kidney Disease

慢性肾脏病发病率呈逐年递增趋势,不仅给众多患者增加了精神和经济负担,也给我国社会公共卫生事业带来重大问题,而结合传统中医药与现代医学手段对其进行干预、治疗,已经成为当前我国全民大健康事业的重要组成部分。历代中医大家都曾对"肾阳虚"证候进行了大量的阐述,并提出了相应的治法方药,而这一证候与慢性肾脏病有着密不可分的联系,并通过运用一系列的现代科学实验技术对二者的相关内涵进行探索且取得了一定的成果。本文从慢性肾脏病临床常用相关生物学指标和"肾阳虚"证候的相关研究入手,并将一系列临床、实验研究进行阐述分析,进而对二者相关性论述,针对当前关于"肾阳虚"证候与慢性肾脏病生物学指标相关研究较为片面、欠缺的现状,系统总结慢性肾脏病"肾阳虚"证候相关生物指标的研究方法,为慢性肾脏病"肾阳虚"证辩证标准规范化研究提供科学思路,进而为中医学证候本质研究奠定基础。

The incidence rate of chronic kidney disease is increasing year by year,which not only increases the mental and economic burden for many patients,but also brings major problems to public health undertakings in China.The syndrome of“kidney-yang-deficiency”has been extensively elaborated by all Chinese doctors in the past dynasties,which is closely related to chronic kidney disease.Modern Chinese medicine has also conducted numerous studies and explorations on its connotation.This paper discusses the correlation between the syndrome of chronic kidney disease“kidney-yang deficiency”and the biological indicators,so as to learn and summarize,and then elaborate the research methods applicable to the related biological indicators of the syndrome of chronic kidney disease“kidney-yang deficiency”,providing a certain basis for the standardized research on the dialectical standard of the syndrome of chronic kidney disease“kidney-yang deficiency”.
