摘要 目的采用数据挖掘的方法研究中医药治疗子宫腺肌病(Adenomyosis,AM)的用药规律。方法收集妇科彩超诊断为子宫腺肌病的患者3768例,处方数8986个,其中中药信息201242条,影像学资料4322条,使用的中药362味,使用复杂网络软件Liquorice系统进行挖掘分析。结果治疗子宫腺肌病的中药使用频次>2000的中药35味,核心处方复杂网络图中的药物有当归、白芍、川芎、醋延胡索、醋香附、蒲黄、炙甘草、党参,得到3层核心药物加减配伍子网络图。结论运用复杂网络分析的方法,反映了真实世界中医对子宫腺肌病的诊疗思路及用药规律。治疗AM应在活血化瘀的总前提下,佐以理气止痛,益气补血。寒凝血瘀者温经散寒,热灼血瘀者清热解毒,气滞血瘀者行气活血,正气虚弱者补肾益气。 Objective To study the rule of Chinese medicine in the treatment of adenomyosis(AM)by data mining.Methods A total of 3768 patients with adenomyosis diagnosed by gynecological color ultrasound were collected,and the number of prescriptions was 8,986,including 201242 Chinese medicine information,4322 imaging materials,and 362 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The complex network software Liquorice system was used for excavation analysis.Results The traditional Chinese medicine for treating adenomyosis used 35 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine with a frequency of>2000.The drugs in the complex network diagram of the core prescription include Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,vinegar processed Rhizoma Corydalis,vinegar processed Rhizoma Cyperi,Pollen Typhae,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Codonopsis.3-layer core drug addition and subtraction sub-network diagram.Conclusion The method of complex network analysis reflects the diagnosis and treatment of adenomyosis and the law of medication in real world Chinese medicine.Treatment of AM should be based on the general premise of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,accompanied by qi and pain,qi and blood.Dispelling cold with warm medicine,clearing heat with cold medicine,useing blood medicine to promote blood circulation,tonicing with nourishing medicine.
