摘要 脑卒中是神经系统的常见病,其中以缺血性脑卒中更为高发。MicroRNA(miRNA)作为非侵入性生物标志物,在调节细胞因子等诸多方面参与生物学调控过程[1]。而miR-210作为其中一类,具有高度缺氧特异性。缺血性脑卒中发生后,脑组织呈缺血、缺氧状态。而大量研究表明,miR-210的表达在缺氧环境下最为显著。本文将探讨在调控缺血性脑卒中过程中,miR-210在细胞应答反应、血管新生与神经功能等各方面所发挥的效应及作用。 Stroke is a common neurological disease,in which ischemia stroke accounts for most of it.MiRNAs,as non-invasive biomarkers,involved in the biological regulation processes in many aspects,such as the regulation of cytokines.MiR-210,as one of them,has a high degree of hypoxic specificity.Brain tissue is hypoxia-ischemia after ischemia stroke and abundant of studies have shown that the expression of miR-210 is significant in hypoxia most.This review will investigate the effects and effects of mir-210 on cellular response,angiogenesis and neurological function in the regulation of ischemic stroke.
