不同时间尺度下新能源联合发电特性及最优配比 被引量:2

Characteristics and Optimum Proportion of New Energy Combined Power Generation at Different Time Scales

摘要 针对由可再生新能源的间歇性和波动性造成的能源弃用问题,亟需准确地分析新能源输出特性,构建用于新能源发电特性的相关系数、波动率和互补系数等评价指标,并通过对比利时新能源基地历史数据进行分析,得到不同时间尺度下风电和光伏及其联合发电特性。通过固定风电容量逐渐增加光伏容量比重,观察不同风电-光伏装机容量比对评价指标的影响,得到满足评价标准的风电-光伏发电配比区间。研究结果表明,在风电容量和光伏容量配比区为1∶1至1∶1.68时能够满足评价指标。风光联合发电方式能够减缓单一间歇性新能源发电波动,提高电力系统稳定性。 In view of the problem of energy abandonment caused by the intermittent and volatility of renewable new energy,it is urgent to accurately analyze the characteristics of new energy output.In this paper,the correlation coefficient,volatility and complementarity coefficient of new energy generation characteristics are constructed,and through the analysis of Belgium new energy historical data,wind power and photovoltaic and their combined generation characteristics at different time scales are obtained.The fixed wind capacity gradually increases the proportion of photovoltaic capacity,and observes impact of different wind-photovoltaic installed capacity ratio on the evaluation index,and obtains the ratio range of wind power and photovoltaic power that meets the evaluation criteria.The results show that the evaluation index can be satisfied when the ratio of wind capacity to photovoltaic capacity is 1∶1 to 1∶1.68.Wind-solar combined power generation can reduce the fluctuation of single intermittent new energy generation and improve the stability of power system.
