摘要
针对在严寒及寒冷环境下,智能变电站户外智能控制柜内智能二次设备安全运行对温度的要求,提出适应于严寒及寒冷环境下户外智能控制柜的温控设计方案。基于ANSYS ICEPAK仿真分析平台,建立三维模型,并进行温控设计方案下的热力学仿真分析,通过仿真验证所构建的智能控制柜温控设计方案的有效性,解决了智能控制柜内智能二次设备无法适应严寒及寒冷运行环境的问题,提高了严寒及寒冷地区变电站的安全稳定运行水平。
In the outdoor intelligent control cabinet of intelligent substation in severe cold and cold environment,the temperature requirement for the safe operation of intelligent secondary equipment is considered.The temperature control design scheme of outdoor intelligent control cabinet adapted to severe cold and cold environment is put forward.Using ANSYS ICEPAK to build a three-dimensional model,the thermodynamic simulation analysis under the design scheme of temperature control is carried out.The validity of the temperature control design scheme of the intelligent control cabinet is verified by simulation.It solves the problem that the intelligent secondary equipment in the intelligent control cabinet can’t adapt to the cold and cold operating environment.The security and stability of substation is improved in severe cold and cold areas.
