我国边远山区农民脱贫路径探究

Research on the Path of Poverty Alleviation for the Farmers in the Remote Mountain Areas of China

中国特色社会主义已经进入新时代,我们迎来了全面建成小康社会的关键决胜期。边远山区是一块"硬骨头",农民不仅物质上贫困,精神上的生活也得不到满足。边远山区农民贫困的原因主要是修路难,网络贵,养老、治病、上学花销大,农产品价格低,农村劳动力不足。针对上述原因,要对边远山区基础设施建设加大资金投入,解决修路通网等基本问题;对边远山区农民进行政策帮扶,满足农民生活所需;改善种植技术,培养适合农村发展的人才队伍;发挥自然优势,形成特色产业;提升农民生产的积极性,让边远山区农民享受到全面小康的丰硕成果。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and we have ushered in the crucial decisive period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.The remote mountainous area is a"hard bone".Farmers are not only poor in material,but also unsatisfied in spiritual life.The main reasons for the poverty of the farmers in the remote mountainous areas are that it is difficult to build roads,the network is expensive,the cost of providing for the aged,curing diseases and going to school is large,the price of agricultural products is low,and the rural labor force is insufficient.In view of the reasons for the appeal,it is proposed to increase the capital investment in the infrastructure construction in the border and remote mountain areas,solve the basic problems such as road construction and network construction;provide policy assistance to the farmers in the border and remote mountain areas to meet the needs of farmers’life;improve the planting technology and cultivate the talents team suitable for rural development;develop the natural advantages to form the characteristic industry;enhance the enthusiasm of farmers’production and let the farmers in the border and remote mountain areas Enjoy the rich achievements of a well-off society in an all-round way.
