我国农村社会养老保险问题研究

Research on the Rural Social Endowment Insurance in China

根据联合国最新统计与估计,到本世纪中叶我国60岁以上人口总数量将超过5亿,这一数字也将比美国人口总数还要多。现阶段我国已然快速进入到老龄化阶段,并已经引起了全球范围内的广泛关注,这其中据统计估算农村老年人口占我国老年人口大多数,广大农村老年人口的养老问题事关我国根本的社会稳定以及发展的大局,如何妥善解决农村养老保障的问题迫在眉睫。本文对现阶段我国广大农村地区养老现状以及存在的问题进行分析,并提出从放开二胎、加强立法、扩大宣传、增加收入以及提升投资等五个方面出发进一步提升我国农民养老保障,以期为解决农村社会养老问题提供借鉴与思考。

According to the latest statistics and estimates of the United Nations,by the middle of this century,the total number of people over the age of 60 in China will exceed 500 million,which is more than the total population of the United States.At the present stage our country has already entered the stage of aging fast,and has attracted the worldwide attention,which according to the statistics estimates the rural elderly population most elderly population in our country,the rural elderly endowment problem about the overall situation of the fundamental social stability and development of our country,how to properly solve the problem of rural old-age security is imminent.In this paper,combining with their own practical experience,the problem of the masses of rural endowment insurance in our country at present stage is analyzed,and put forward from the let go two foetuses,strengthen legislation,expand publicity,increase their income and improve investment starting in five aspects,such as further enhance farmers old-age security in our country,so as to how to solve the problem of rural social endowment insurance to provide reference and thinking.
