国际化背景下高职会展专业人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of Exhibition Management Professionals in Higher Vocational Education Under the Background of Internationalization

国际化趋势为会展行业带来了更为广阔的发展空间,信息科技的发展使得会展活动的表现形式更加丰富多元。调研发现,人际沟通、团队协作、分析解决问题等通用能力以及收集信息、营销推广、创新创意等专业技术能力受用人单位关注程度高,且毕业生普遍认为使用频率较高。我国高职会展专业分布呈现东高西低的格局,会展人才的培养应紧跟时代步伐,根据岗位需求,分析会展专业人才所需具备的知识、能力与素质,不断调整和完善专业设置、创新实习实训模式、加强创新创业教育、探索"互联网+会展教育"新形式,提升学生综合素质,培养创新型、发展型、复合型、国际化高素质技术技能人才。

The internationalization trend has brought broader development space for the exhibition industry,and the development of information technology has enriched the forms of exhibition activities.The survey found that common skills such as interpersonal communication,teamwork,analysis and problem solving,as well as professional and technical skills such as information collection,marketing and promotion,innovation and creativity are highly concerned by employers,and graduates generally believe that they are used frequently.Higher vocational professional exhibition distribution in our country present the pattern of east west high low,exhibition talents cultivation should keep pace,according to post demand,analysis of convention and exhibition professionals needed to have the knowledge,ability and quality,constantly adjust and improve the professional Settings,innovation practice mode,strengthening the innovation entrepreneurship education,explore new forms of"Internet+exhibition education",promote students’comprehensive quality,cultivating innovative,developmental,and internationalization of high quality technical skills talents.
