纵向双辊式香蕉秸秆粉碎还田机的设计与试验 被引量:8

摘要 针对目前香蕉秸秆粉碎还田机仍然存在秸秆纤维缠绕严重、秸秆粉碎不彻底、粉碎刀具变形及损坏等问题,提出纵向刀辊香蕉秸秆粉碎还田方案,设计了一种纵向双辊式香蕉秸秆粉碎还田机,阐述了该机具的总体设计方案,确定了粉碎装置、传动系统等主要部件的设计。田间试验表明,该机具平均工作效率为0.41 hm^2/h,满足0.40 hm^2/h工作效率的性能指标,秸秆粉碎合格率为95.94%,大于秸秆粉碎合格率为94%的性能要求,有效解决了原有机具存在的不足,满足了香蕉秸秆粉碎还田的实际需求。 At present, the banana stalk crushing and returning machine still has serious problems such as severe stalk fiber entanglement, incomplete crushing, deformation and damage of the crushing cutter. In order to deal with the above problems, the plan of the banana stalk crushing and returning with lengthways double rollers type was proposed in this paper, and the banana stalk crushing and returning machine with lengthways double rollers type was designed. In this paper, the overall design plan of the machine was expounded. Meanwhile, the design of the main components such as the crushing device and the transmission system was determined. The field experiment showed that the average working efficiency of the machine was 0.41 hm^2/h, which satisfied the performance requirement of 0.40 hm^2/h. And the qualified rate of stalk crushing was 95.94%, which was higher than the performance requirement of 94%. The deficiencies of the original returning machine are solved by design and experiment of the banana stalk crushing and returning machine, which satisfies the actual demand of banana stalk crushing and returning to the field.
