《包虫病诊断标准》(WS257-2006)在四川省实施掌握情况的调查

Investigation on Implementation of Diagnostic Criteria for Echinococcosis(WS257-2006)in Sichuan Province

目的了解各级疾控、医疗机构包虫病防治工作人员对于《包虫病诊断标准》(WS257-2006)的掌握情况,以期对标准宣贯情况进行科学评价。方法在四川省采用问卷调查、现场调研与访谈相结合的方式开展。对四川省76家机构的各级包虫病防治工作人员、临床医生及实验室检验人员进行问卷调查,并选取患病率相对较高的甘孜州康定市、道孚县、丹巴县进行现场调研。收集标准知晓、掌握情况及建议。结果问卷调查表回收201份,有效问卷196份,知晓标准的比例为92.9%,知晓途径以工作需要为主为62.2%。不同职称调查对象之间对标准掌握率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用频率中,“经常使用”标准的比例居多,为33.2%。结论《包虫病诊断标准》(WS257-2006)自2006年发布实施后,四川省各级疾控、医疗机构包虫病防治工作人员对标准知晓率较高,掌握情况不全面,有待进行更为全面的宣贯。

Objective To understand the knowledge,utilization,applicability of“Diagnostic Criteria for Echinococcosis”(WS257-2006)among echinococcosis prevention and control staff of disease control and medical institutions at all levels in Sichuan Province,so as to provide the evidence for the scientific evaluation of the implementation of the standard.Methods Questionnaire survey,on-site investigation and interview were used in Sichuan Province.Questionnaire surveys were conducted among the echinococcosis prevention and control staff,clinicians and laboratory inspectors in 76 institutions in Sichuan Province,and on-site investigation and interview were conducted in Kangding City,Daofu County and Danba County,Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,where the prevalence rate was relatively high.The knowledge,usage and recommendations encountered in the implementation of the standard were collected.Results Totally 201 questionnaires were collected,of which 196 were valid,Among them,the proportion of those who knew the standard was 92.9%,and the channel of knowledge acquirement was mainly job need 62.2%.There was a statistically significant difference in the rate of known this standards among the subjects with different professional titles(P<0.05).Among the frequency of utilization,the“frequently use”of this standard was the majority,accounting for 33.2%.Conclusion“Diagnostic Criteria for Echinococcosis”(WS257-2006)has been issued and implemented since 2006.The staff of disease control and medical institutions at all levels in Sichuan Province have a high awareness rate of the standard,however,the comprehensive implementation in Sichuan Province should be steadily promoted,thus it’s necessary.to carry out a more comprehensive publicity and implementation.
