国内外助产士门诊发展现状的文献可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Literature on The Development of Midwife Clinic at Home and Abroad

目的通过对助产士门诊相关文献进行计量学分析,了解国内外助产士门诊开展现状,为后期我国助产士门诊的建设提供参考。方法国内以中国知网、国外以Web of Science核心合集为数据源,分别采用CiteSpace软件和Web of Science数据库的可视化功能,分析国内外数据库从建库至2019年11月30日助产士门诊研究的文献。结果最终国内纳入文献188篇,国外纳入30篇。国内助产士门诊研究起步较国外晚,但发展速度较快。妊娠结局、分娩方式等是我国的研究热点,发文机构主要集中在东南部地区,核心期刊文献只占10.11%,且受基金支持的文献较少。国外发文机构主要集中在发达国家。结论我国助产士门诊研究整体水平较低,应加大科研资金投入,扩展研究内容,探讨门诊服务模式,推动研究进展并提升研究水平。

Objective Through the bibliometric analysis of the relevant papers of the midwife clinic,to understand the current situation of the development of the midwife clinic in China and abroad,and to provide a reference for the construction of the midwife clinic in China.Methods Based on the data sources of CNKI and Web of Science,CiteSpace and visual analysis tools of databases were used to analyze the papers from the establishment date of database to November 30,2019.Results 188 papers were included in China and 30 in foreign countries.The research of midwife clinic in China started later than abroad but developed faster.Pregnancy outcome and delivery mode are the research focuses in China.The main publishing institutions are in the southeastern region,and the core journal papers only accounts for 10.11%,and the papers supported by the fund is few.The foreign publishing institutions are mainly concentrated in developed countries.Conclusion The overall level of midwife outpatient research in China is low.We should increase the investment in research,expand the research content,explore the outpatient service mode,promote the research progress and improve the research level.
