乌拉地尔联合神经节苷脂对高血压脑出血患者的疗效

Effect of Urapidil Combined With Ganglioside on Neurological Function in Patients With Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的研究乌拉地尔联合神经节苷脂对高血压脑出血患者神经功能的影响。方法将我院2015年8月—2018年8月收治的40例高血压脑出血患者随机分为两组,每组20例,对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上给予乌拉地尔联合神经节苷脂治疗。结果试验组治疗后NIHSS评分(15.18±2.89)分明显低于对照组(27.55±3.81)分,2组治疗后NIHSS评分具有显著性差异(P<0.05);试验组总有效率95%高于对照组60%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌拉地尔联合神经节苷脂可改善高血压脑出血患者的神经功能缺损,临床疗效显著。

Objective To study the effect of urapidil combined with ganglioside on neurological function in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 40 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the experimental group was given urapidil combined with ganglioside treatment on the basis of routine treatment.The NIHSS scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score(15.18±2.89)in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(27.55±3.81).After treatment,the NIHSS score was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the test group was 95% higher than the control Group 60%,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urapidil combined with ganglioside can improve the neurological deficits in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,with significant clinical efficacy.
