摘要
目的分析研究需要层次论在指导患者合理用药中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的150例接受合理用药指导的患者开展本次试验研究,纳入时间为2018年8月—2019年10月,通过马斯洛需要层次论展开分析研究,观察并记录150例患者的主要需要。结果150例患者接受合理用药指导的主要需要占比位居前三的分别为安全的需要,占比71.33%;自尊的需要,占比12.00%;爱与归属的需要,占比9.33%。结论在临床医护工作中应用需要层次论,根据患者的不同需要进行合理用药能够有效减少不良用药事件的发生,能够显著提升用药安全性,有利于提升医院药学服务的整体质量。
Objective To analyze the application effect of hierarchy theory in guiding patients to use drugs reasonably.Methods 150 patients who received the guidance of rational drug use in our hospital were selected to carry out this study,which was included from August 2018 to October 2019.Through the analysis of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,the main needs of 150 patients were observed and recorded.Results The top three needs of 150 patients were safety,self-esteem,love and belonging,which accounted for 71.33%,12.00% and 9.33%,respectively.Conclusion The application of hierarchy of needs theory in clinical medical care can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse drug use events,significantly improve the safety of drug use,improve the overall quality of hospital pharmaceutical care.
