摘要
目的探讨缺铁性贫血治疗前后网织红细胞参数的临床意义。方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月缺铁性贫血患者100例(试验组)和健康体检者100例(对照组),试验组给予硫酸亚铁治疗180天,连续监测不同时间段网织红细胞参数改变。结果试验组与对照组比较,试验组血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)、红细胞(red blood cell,RBC)、平均红细胞体积(mean corpuscular hemoglobin,MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(mean corpuscular hemoglobin,MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration,MCHC)均明显低于对照组,红细胞分布宽度(red cell distribution width,RDW)试验组显著高于对照组;试验组治疗前单个网织红细胞血红蛋白含量(cel-lular hemoglobin reticulocyte,CHr)低于对照组,网织红细胞体积分布宽度(reticulated red blood cells of distribution width of volumetric,RDWr)高于对照组;治疗第5~10天,网织红细胞(reticulocyte,RET)、CHr明显高于治疗前,治疗第10天,RDWr明显高于治疗前,治疗第15天,RET、CHr呈缓慢下降趋势。结论缺铁性贫血治疗前后网织红细胞参数变化在临床诊断、治疗、疗效监测过程中具有重要意义。
Objective The aim of this study is to discuss the clinical significance of reticulocyte parameters before and after treatment of iron deficiency anemia.Methods We selected 100 patients with iron deficiency anemia(experimental group)and 100 healthy subjects(control group)from January 2018 to December 2018,ferrous sulfate was treated for experimental group for 180 days,monitoring the chance of reticulocyte parameters continuously in different time periods.Result The experimental group,compared with control group,hemoglobin、red blood cell、mean corpuscular hemoglobin,、mean corpuscular hemoglobin、mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration both were visibly lower than the control group,while red cell distribution width was significantly higher than the control group;Before treatment,cellular hemoglobin reticulocyte of experimental group was lower than the control group,and the reticulated red blood cells of distribution width of volumetric of experimental group was higher than control group.Treatmented 5~10 days,reticulocyte、CHr were clearly higher than before treatment.After treatment for 10 days,the RDWr was obviously higher than before treatment.At the treatment of Day 15,RET,CHr started to slow down gradually.Conclusion The change of reticulocyte parameters before and after treatment of iron deficiency anemia have important significance in clinical diagnosis、treatment and the efficacy monitoring process.
