摘要 目的研究2017-2019年医院感染现患率及其分布情况,为提高医院感染管理水平提供参考。方法采用横断面调查的方法,对2017-2019年医院住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查工作。结果2017、2018、2019年应查住院患者2303例,实查患者2303例,实查率100%,共59例患者发生医院感染,感染63例次,医院感染现患率2.56%,例次感染现患率2.74%;3年医院感染部位中下呼吸道构成比最高,占47.46%,其次是皮肤软组织及泌尿道;3年医院抗菌药物使用率分别为41.30%、34.58%、42.36%,其中治疗性使用抗菌药物分别为71.70%、68.21%、81.68%,单一使用抗菌药物分别为82.64%、80.62%、75.00%。结论医院抗菌药物合理使用管理成效显著,医院感染控制逐年改进;但各种侵袭性操作相关感染的控制仍需加强,感染管理仍存在不足,需要探讨和改进。 Objective To study the prevalence and distribution of nosocomial infections from 2017 to 2019,and provide a reference for improving the level of nosocomial infection management.Methods A cross-sectional survey method was used to investigate the prevalence of nosocomial infections in hospitalized patients from 2017 to 2019.Results In 2017,2018 and 2019,2303 inpatients should be investigated,and 2303 patients were investigated.The actual detection rate was 100%.A total of 59 patients had nosocomial infections and 63 infections.The current prevalence of nosocomial infections was 2.56%,case prevalence of nosocomial infections was 2.74%,the proportion of the lower respiratory tract in the hospital infection site was the highest at 3 years,accounting for 47.46%,followed by the skin soft tissues and the urinary tract.The threeyear hospital antibacterial use rates were 41.30%,34.58%,and 42.36%,of which 71.70%,68.21%,and 81.68%were used for therapeutic use,and 82.64%,80.62%,and 75.00%were used for antibacterials alone.Conclusion The management of reasonable use of antibacterials in hospitals has achieved remarkable results,and hospital infection control has been improved year by year;however,the control of various invasive operationsrelated infections still needs to be strengthened,and infection management is still inadequate and needs to be explored and improved.
