血液肿瘤患儿植入式静脉输液港的护理

Nursing Care of Children With Hematological Tumors in Implanted Venous Infusion Port

目的探讨植入式静脉输液港结合优质护理模式在血液肿瘤患儿中的应用效果分析。方法选取2017年4月—2019年2月本院收治的90例使用植入式静脉输液港的血液肿瘤患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例);对照组患儿采用常规护理方法,在对照组基础上观察组采用优质护理模式;对两组并发症发生情况及患儿家属护理满意度进行对比分析。结果观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患儿家属护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液肿瘤患儿应用植入式静脉输液港配合优质护理可显著降低并发症发生率,提升患儿家属护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of implantable intravenous infusion port combined with high-quality nursing model in children with hematological malignancies.Methods Ninety children with hematological malignancies treated in the hospital from April 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases).The control group was adopted routine nursing methods and the observation group was adopted high-quality nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The incidence of the disease and the satisfaction degree of the family members were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of implantable intravenous infusion port combined with high-quality nursing in children with hematological tumors can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction of children's family members.
